All branding, copy, graphics and code on this site are owned by Infabio or its licensors. Work we create for a client is governed by the terms of that client’s agreement.

We bring experience, process and effort to every engagement, but marketing and software outcomes depend on many factors. Figures and case results shown are illustrative and not a promise of future performance.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Infabio is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website. Our liability under any engagement is limited as set out in that engagement’s agreement.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan having jurisdiction.
